I’m available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM — just enough time to wrap things up before the weekend officially kicks in!

What if the file cancels?
I get paid at closing—ideally through escrow—so we’re in this together from start to finish! If a transaction doesn’t close, there’s no fee and no hard feelings—just part of the journey. Any additional services are billed monthly and can be paid by check or Zelle.

What if a Contingency Period Falls on a Weekend?
Per Section 25.I. of the purchase contract, if a performance deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Legal Holiday, the performing party is permitted to fulfill their obligation on the next business day, with the deadline extending to 11:59 PM. This adjustment is automatically factored into our transaction timeline calculations.
